Orangetheory Fitness

So far the experience has been good at OT, Bentonville. I get messages from the coach if I did not register for classes for a week and I appreciate the staff checking on me. My only feedback - sometimes I see more people than working equipment and the staff needs to intervene in the middle of the class to manage the class. Rest, I love the coaches and sessions here.

Overall, I love Orange Theory but the Bentonville location is BY FAR! The best location there is in NWA. I originally started out at the Bentonville location and within the first week I was always greeted by my name. All of the staff at this location are very friendly (Coach Ginger is the best coach) and they make you feel welcome and motivated! While some may think the pricing is a little high, it is definitely worth it if you go on a consistent schedule and get the unlimited classes… get your moneys worth! Orange theory really helped me get back into working out and lower my body fat percentage which is most peoples goal. The facility is really nice and only a few years old. They have showers and everything you need in case you forget anything. Also, the other members at this location are great as well! Most of the regulars are really friendly and will spark conversations with you so it’s a great place to make friends and meet new people too! very thankful for the Bentonville location for doing such a great job. Ginger, Dante,Nicole,Josh,Jack, Shelby and Olivia really do a great job. Thank you guys! 🧡

Dante and the front desk staff were amazing! I was welcomed in and check in immediately. Coach Dante was informative and and pushed us to our limits. Good music, upbeat and kind staff. I’ll be back!

I would have given this rating a 5 star for if it was only to the coaches and group sessions. I do workout at OTF Bentonville almost all days in the evenings. And of course the facility also had helped me rescheduling classes in the 8 hour window when I’m stuck in any last minute meetings or errands. However, particularly today that I’m sick and I’m not in a position to workout, I called up multiple times and they denied rescheduling my class. The person in the front desk mentioned this was because of the management changes and reinforced that she cannot reschedule the class. If this was the policy of OTF Bentonville, then why did they entertain rescheduling peviously and stop it all of the sudden without notifying its customers. Being someone who goes to the workout sessions regularly, this change in attitude of front desk employee is very hurting and I feel this is not gonna workout if it is not flexible for its customers. Hard days can come for anyone. But in a business, you should give some credibility of understanding your customer situations and leveraging this kind of things that would land un-notified.

My daughter loves it! Unfortunately this morning around 7 am her car windows and hood were destroyed by a group breaking in all the cars in the OT parking lot and stealing everything out of her car. Not sure why no one say this happening on the cameras. Too bad you can be safe while parked right in front of the building while you go in to exercise. Also found out that patrons cars are regularly getting broken into during the early morning classes. Orange Theory needs to do something about this.
